9/2/09- I've just found that there are coupons available to save you even MORE money on September's Angel Food order! These coupons are ONLY available when you order online, not if you use your order form or if you call me to place your order. I heard that they had a coupon last month, too, so maybe this will be a regular thing! The coupon codes are:
10FallSP1 - This will give you 10% off Special #1 (the meat box) SeptSig5 - This will give you 5% off the Signature box
Hurry! Because these coupons are only good for the first 2000 orders! When you go to place your order, just type in the items you want and then hit the "Apply a Coupon Code or Gift Card" link. Type in one of the above coupon codes (There is also a spot for a PIN number... you don't have to worry about that for a coupon) and your discount will be automatically applied. You can only use ONE code.
8/20/09- All right, Ladies and Gentlemen!! This is a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! I have made a major change to the website. The ordering system is completely different, because NOW we will be using a system that links directly to the home office. This is resulting in some changes, but overall, I think they are good ones. 1. From now on, if you want to order online, you'll have to use your credit or debit card. You have to pay when you order; you can't just order and leave it unpaid like we have been doing. HOWEVER, it's much cheaper to use your credit card now then it was before. Instead of the processing fee being $2 per unit (which sometimes results in a pretty high fee), it's now only $1 for your entire order! YAY! Also, the process will be much easier, since you'll be able to pay right from the order form instead of having to come back and re-enter your order into your shopping cart. 2. If you want to pay with a check, you'll just have to download the order form and mail it in. I'd suggest trying to order with a debit card instead of a check since it will be much faster and will ensure that you'll get your order in on time. 3. Linking with the new system will also mean that you'll have more time to place your order. It always took quite a bit of my time to convert the home office menus to OUR menus and their database into OUR database. NOW... I don't have to do that, so as soon as the menu is ready, you'll be able to view it and order.
I know this is a big change from the way you're used to doing things, but give it a chance! It should result in better customer service for you! In the meantime, I'll be updating the rest of the site to reflect these changes.
General Announcements:
--> REMINDER: We normally cash checks at the end of the order cycle. It's easier for our accounting process that way. This means that we'll hold your check for a couple of days to a couple of weeks (depending on when you get it to us). Please remember that it is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your bank account! Our bounced check fee is $35.

Check the website for any changes to distribution time or menu substitutions. Please be prompt and arrive during the scheduled times. Any food that is not picked up will be donated to a family in need. We cannot offer any refunds in this circumstance.
