Angel Food @ Liquid is a local host site for Angel Food Ministries, a national organization.  We are located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

    Angel Food National is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States. The program began in 1994 with 34 families in Monroe, Georgia (between Atlanta and Athens), and has grown to serve thousands of families every month across 17 states.

    Angel Food @ Liquid's Signature Boxes are sold in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box at $30 per unit (How does that work? Click HERE for more!). Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $65-$70 (n the FW area).

    Generally, one Signature Box of food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week or a single person for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality one would purchase at a grocery store. There are no second-hand items, no damaged or out-dated goods, no dented cans without labels, no day-old breads and no produce that is almost too ripe.

    Also offered is the Convenience Box, consisting of individually packaged meals ready to heat and serve.  We also have the Allergen-Free Box, which is made up of meats that have been specially packaged to eliminate the top eight allergens.  Lastly, we have the Seafood Box, which has several types of different fish monthly.

    In addition to our regular boxes, we also offer specialty units containing extra meats such as steaks, chicken and pork, fresh fruits and veggies or main dishes. Many participants in this bonus program appreciate the expanded choices.    Additionally, there is no limit to the number of Boxes or Specialty units an individual can purchase, and there are no applications to complete or qualifications to which participants must adhere. Angel Food @ Liquid, like most all other retail grocery stores, also participates in the U.S. Food Stamp program, using the Food Stamp Voucher system.  CLICK HERE to see this month's menu.

How It Works

Each month there is a deadline to order the units.  Orders must be placed and paid for by this deadline.  There are no applications or qualifications: anyone can order.   You will then come to Liquid Church  on Distribution Day and pick-up the items that you ordered.  For more information you may contact Angel Food @ Liquid directly.  CLICK HERE for answers to our Frequently Asked Questions.
